The Golf Benefit Scramble will take place on Saturday, August 2, at The Garrett Country Club.

Golfers will enjoy an early morning of play at Garrett Country Club! Registration includes 18-holes, carts, lunch, 2 drink tickets for each player, and a golfer's gift. Golfers will also have the opportunity to participate in our raffle, golf ball drop, and 50/50!

The proceeds from this event support St. Martin’s Healthcare in every day operating costs for the clinic located in Garrett, and the mobile unit and the patients it serves.

St. Martin's Healthcare serves the underinsured and uninunsured needs of Steuben, LaGrange, DeKalb and Noble County residents.

St. Martin's Mobile Healthcare Clinic will be located:

In Angola on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Tuesday of each month from 9am-12pm at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 700 West Maumee Street.

In Fremont on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month from 9am-12pm at Hope House Ministries, 601 North Coldwater Street.

St. Martin’s Healthcare, Inc. provides quality medical and dental care for acute and chronic conditions, Optometry and medication assistance services to uninsured and underinsured residents in 4 counties in Northeast Indiana. It is a full-service clinic that meets the needs of its residents and is impacting many individuals and families who would otherwise have no access to healthcare. All services provided at the clinic are at no charge to our patients.

Basic Healthcare Provided:
a. Acute illness, chronic disease management
b. Health and Wellness education
c. Laboratory Testing (Lipid Panel, A1C, Metabolic Panel, Urine testing, Hemoglobin, Pregnancy)
d. Referrals for diagnostic testing, specialty physicians
e. Assess each patient’s social determinants of health with referrals as indicated
f. Provided home testing and self-reporting for hypertension and diabetes
