Trine University's Gretchen Miller - Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, and Cisco Ortiz - Vice President for Student Affairs, join WLKI's Andy St. John.

Trine will host The 20th Scholarship Gala on Saturday, February 10, 2024, in the Keith E. Busse/Steel Dynamics Inc. Athletic Recreation Center on the Angola Campus of Trine University.

These scholarship funds are critical in a student's decision, or ability, to attend Trine.

Bo Jackson, one of the most decorated athletes in American sports history, will be the evening's featured speaker. He burst into the national spotlight in 1982 as a freshman at Auburn and went on to win the 1985 Heisman Trophy. Following famed college football and baseball careers, Bo Jackson played professionally in both sports. Bo enjoyed four successful years in the National Football League and eight in Major league Baseball. Today, he stands alone as the only athlete to ever be named both an MLB and NFL All-Star.
