(INDIANAPOLIS) - Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicle branches across the state will be closed for the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday weekend, shutting their doors from Saturday, Jan. 17, through Monday, Jan. 19.

BMV locations will reopen and resume normal business hours on Tuesday, Jan. 20.

While in-person services will be unavailable during the closure, customers can still complete many transactions online through the myBMV portal or by using one of the state's 24-hour BMV Connect kiosks, which remain operational throughout the holiday.

Drivers looking to renew registrations, update information, or handle other routine needs are encouraged to plan ahead or take advantage of these self-service options.

A full list of branch locations and hours, online services, and kiosk locations is available at IN.gov/BMV.

The Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles provides driver and vehicle services to Hoosiers statewide, with a focus on accuracy, security, and customer convenience.
