Angola VFW Post 7205 Poker Run and Veterans Suicide Awareness 9/8/26

Greg Thompson, Commander of Angola VFW Post 7205, and Bill Hoffbauer, VFW Post 7205 Auxiliary President, join Andy St. John on WLKI 100.3 to preview the seventh annual Veterans Suicide Awareness Event on September 12. The event's goal is to raise $7,000 for veteran suicide awareness and prevention while bringing the community together for a day featuring a poker run, car show, pool tournament, live entertainment, food and family activities. Greg and Bill also discuss the VFW's partnership with Action Over Silence and the importance of ensuring veterans and their families know they are not alone and can find help when they need it.
