(LAGRANGE COUNTY) - A Wolcottville woman and two young children were injured Wednesday afternoon when a pickup truck rear-ended their buggy in LaGrange County.
The crash happened shortly before 3 p.m. on State Road 9 near County Road 300 South.
The LaGrange County Sheriff's Office says 77-year-old Meredith Brown was traveling south when Brown failed to see the buggy ahead and struck it.
The buggy driver, 25-year-old Velda Miller, and one of the children were thrown from the buggy. The children are two years old and five months old, but investigators did not specify which child was ejected.
All three buggy occupants were taken to Parkview Regional Hospital. Brown was not injured.
