(FREMONT) - Fremont-area voters will have another opportunity to talk directly with local candidates ahead of the May 5 primary during a Meet the Candidates Night hosted by the Fremont Area Chamber of Commerce.
The event is set for Thursday, April 16 at Fremont Town Hall, 205 North Tolford Street.
The evening begins with casual conversation from 5:30 to 6 p.m., giving residents a chance to meet candidates face-to-face and ask questions in an informal setting.
A facilitated question session begins at 6 p.m., using questions submitted in advance by members of the public.
Anyone wanting to submit a question can email fremontinchamber@gmail.com by April 13.
The event will also be live streamed at townoffremont.org.
The forum gives voters a confirmed public opportunity to hear directly from candidates and better prepare for the upcoming primary election.
