West Noble moved atop the NECC Big standings after a field goal in the final seconds to defeat Garrett 20-19.

The Central Noble Cougars remained perfect on the season with a 27-14 victory over Lakeland Friday night.

DeKalb picked up its first win of the season in a shootout with Huntington North, 50-49. It was a Northeast 8 Conference win that dampened Huntington North’s homecoming.
