Coldwater Community Schools is mourning the loss of one of their students.
Superintendent Terry Boguth posted on the District's website today that they were notified on Tuesday that Coldwater High School student Caleb Johnson had died unexpectedly. She says the District extends their deepest sympathy to the Johnson family during this extremely difficult time.
Boguth says the District's crisis response team has been mobilized and is ready and available for any student, staff or family member who may need assistance during this time.
In addition, Boguth says Coldwater Schools are grateful for the support being provided by the Branch ISD, the Calhoun ISD, staff from the Community Health Center of Branch County, neighboring school districts and other local organizations.
