(ELKHART COUNTY) – Authorities say three people were injured in a two vehicle crash in Northern Indiana.

According to the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office, the incident happened on State Road 120, just east of County Road 17 at 5:50 AM Wednesday. A 24 year old Elkhart man was heading east on State Road 120 when he crossed the center line and hit another vehicle.

The 24 year old man was taken to the hospital to be treated for a head and internal injuries.

The driver of the other vehicle, a 71 year old man, and his 69 year old passenger, were also taken to the hospital with reports of body pain.
