Stephanie Hamilton Looking At Run For Steuben Co. Prosecutor

(ANGOLA) – One candidate has filed paperwork to form an exploratory committee to look at running for Steuben County Prosecutor.
In a news release, it was announced that Stephanie Hamilton filed her paperwork on Friday.
Hamilton is a graduate of Angola High School, and received her law degree from Thomas Cooley Law School. She will run as a Republican, and has 15 years of legal experience in family and criminal law. For the last four years who has run her own practice, Hamilton Law, which serves clients primarily in Steuben and DeKalb Counties.
The release says as Prosecuting Attorney, Hamilton’s priorities will be protecting children and families; getting violent criminals off the streets; standing up for victims; and implementing creative, community driven criminal justice solutions.
Current Steuben County Prosecutor Travis Musser has declared his candidacy to run for Steuben County Superior Court Judge, after Judge William Fee announced he is retiring.
