BRANCH COUNTY, MI – Deputies from the Branch County Sheriff’s Department were involved in a high speed pursuit of a motorcycle on I-69 Wednesday morning.

A motorist reported the speeding motorcycle driver in the area of the four mile marker at around 8:15 a.m.

The motorcycle was described as being white in color. The driver was said to be wearing a white helmet.

Authorities reported the speed of the motorcycle got as high as between 120 and 150 miles an hour.

Once the pursuit entered Calhoun County, Branch County deputies notified their counter parts in that county and terminated the pursuit
