QUINCY TOWNSHIP, MI – Two drivers were injured Friday afternoon in a head on collision on Jonesville Road west of Briggs Road just after 4 p.m.

According to the Branch County Sheriff’s Department, 28-year-old Cody Andres of Quincy was heading west on Jonesville Road when his 2000 Toyota Tacoma crossed the center line and struck a east bound 2016 GMC Canyon head on operated by 61-year-old Penny Seevers.

Both were transported to ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital by LifeCare Ambulance with non-life threatening injuries.

Andres and Seevers were both were reportedly wearing seat belts and air bags deployed in the vehicles.

The Branch County Sheriff’s Department was assisted at the scene by LifeCare Ambulance and Quincy Fire Department.
