ANGOLA — The city of Angola is inviting the public to attend an upcoming meeting on its Water Availability Study.

The research started when the city explored funding for water research. It was also motivated by concern stemming from the proposed water company to be built in Williams County, Ohio that could tap into the Michindoh Aquifer.

The Water Availability Study meeting will be on Wednesday, January 18, from 6:30-9 p.m. at the Steuben Community Center auditorium, located at 317 S. Wayne St.

Again, the meeting is open to the public. Private well owners are encouraged to attend.
