ANGOLA — The Angola Parks and Recreation Department recently received a sizable donation to further support its arts programming for children.

The Steuben Arts Scene donated $1,000 to Angola Parks and Recreation Department. The check was presented by Steuben Arts Scene Board Member Colleen Everage.

Steuben Arts Scene is hosting a year-long series of arts classes. They have been partnering with the Angola Parks and Recreation Department who has served as the site host for the classes.

The price for a class is $10 per student.

The classes are held at Commons Hall lower level on 510 S. John St. For more information, please visit https://www.steubenartsscene.org/classes.

Students are required to supply their own materials. Material list will be provided.

New programming starts in January.
