Noble County Authorities Looking For Man Who Escaped Police Custody

NOBLE COUNTY, IN - The Noble County Sheriff's Department is searching for a man who escaped police custody Monday while being arrested for warrants.

David Ellis Hicks is wanted for failure to appear for burglary, theft and resisting law enforcement, according to the department.
Hicks is white male 5' 8" tall, 140 lbs, with brown hair and green eyes.
