ASHLEY, IN - A Hudson man faces felony drug charges following an incident over the weekend.
According to the Ashley-Hudson Police Department, officers observed a black Dodge Charger disregard a stop sign at Short Drive and Ashton Street at around 7 p.m. Saturday night. Officers performed a traffic stop and observed indicators of criminal activity.
K9 Officer Smoke gave a positive indication to the odor of narcotics inside the vehicle. A probable cause search yielded hypodermic needles, suspected methamphetamine, and other paraphernalia.
The driver, identified by authorities as Kolten J Rodman, age 23 of Hudson, was arrested and charged with Level 6 felony possession of a legend drug injection device, Level 6 felony possession of methamphetamine, and C misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.
