STEUBEN COUNTY - The Steuben County Community Center Elevator Modernization Project will begin on Monday, June 7th and the elevator will be out of order for approximately six 6 weeks.
In order to stay compliant with ADA Rules & Regulations, the Community Center must have a working elevator accessible to those who need it, so they have partnered with MSD of Steuben County’s administrative office to accommodate those needs.
If you need to use an elevator to conduct business in the Community Center, please call the Commissioners’ Assistant, at 260-668-1000 Ext 1224, to be connected with Maintenance Staff. If you are not able to reach the Commissioners’ Assistant, please call the Auditor’s Office at Extension 1200.
Once you have been in contact with someone regarding the elevator, please meet Maintenance Staff at the MSD Administrative Office Entrance located at 400 S. Martha Street.
The Community Center Elevator Modernization Project is estimated to be completed in mid-July, (approximately Monday, July 16, 2021).
