Cameron Says They Are Working With the County on COVID-19 Vaccination Plan
By: Sheila McCrea - Monday, January 11, 2021

ANGOLA, IN - Officials with Cameron Memorial Hospital say they are working hand-in-hand with the Steuben County Health Department to outline and execute a vaccination plan for various populations.

Through a phased approach, Cameron will provide the vaccination to health care workers, long-term care staff and residents, front-line essential workers, as well as community members 80 years and older at this time. As this phased approach is finalized for each new audience, Cameron says they will continue to keep the community informed.

Officials at Cameron ask community members to only call when the state has announced your eligibility for the vaccination.

The Steuben County Health Department has been administering COVID-19 vaccinations to those 80 and older by appointment at the Steuben County Events Center, located in Steuben County Park, for roughly a week.
