Waterloo, IN - Two people were taken to the hospital after a rollover crash in DeKalb County.

The DeKalb County Sheriff's Department responded to the 1900 Block of County Road 23 around 3:30 Friday morning. First Officers on the scene found a car rolled over on its top.

The driver, Lance J. Barnhart, and his passenger, identified as Dawson H. Murray, both from Ashley, were found outside the vehicle. They were both taken to the hospital where they were last reported to be in stable condition.

The DeKalb County Sheriff's Department believes speed and alcohol contributed to the crash.

The crash remains under investigation by authorities.
