The grants given out represent $425,000 of state money and $525,000 of private sector money, but the Next Level Connections Grant program is providing so much more.

Lakeland Internet received $30,830 dollars to bring high speed wireless internet to up to 40 households here in Angola for the Pine Canyon subdivision. Mercury Wireless received $110,040 to bring fixed wireless to Whitley, Allen and Dekalb counties. Reporting for WLKI News I’m Colin Meadowcroft.

The Next Level Connections Broadband Grant Program is part of Gov. Eric Holcomb's Next Level Connections infrastructure program designed to promulgate access to reliable and affordable broadband service to all areas of the state.
