MSD Board Discusses Social Distancing for Graduation

ANGOLA, IN - MSD shared plans for social distancing graduation for class of 2020 at the MSD Board of School Trustees gathered in the Central Gymnasium on Tuesday evening.

Angola High School principal shared details for the graduation ceremony for the class of 2020 on July 9th in the High School gymnasium. Students will be seated six feet apart and each student has received two tickets for audience members.

Board members also heard a report from Food Services about the response to COVID-19. Food services is currently serving 60-70 students per day at Pleasant Lake and 120-140 students per day at Hendry Park.

The board approved the addition of an AP Statistics course for the upcoming school year and board members and patrons congratulated Cyndi Nusbaum on her retirement, the meeting was her last as Curriculum Director.

The next MSD Board meeting will be on Tuesday, July 21st at 7:30 p.m. from the F.K. McCutchan Administration Board Room.
