Reba Wicker - Extension Educator, Purdue Extension Steuben County and Lee Greenamyer - Director, Steuben County Emergency Management join WLKI's Andy St. John to tell us about the upcoming Emergency Preparedness Workshop Series For Rural Families.
But you don't have to live on a farm to join in the program! This 4-part series will be great information on preparing for emergencies, first aid, fire protection, and hazardous materials.
Workshops will be held from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on March 5, 7, 12 and 14.
Lee Greenamyer with Steuben County Emergency Management will speak alongside other local guest speakers which will also include hands-on activities. Dinner will be served at the beginning of the workshops.
There is a registration fee of $50 per person before Tuesday, Feb. 20. The fee increases to $60 per person after Tuesday, Feb 20. Registration may be completed at this link: Emergency Preparedness Workshop Series For Rural Families
