(EVANSVILLE) - An Evansville woman was arrested after police say she called 911 nearly 50 times in about a month, often making unusual or unlikely claims.

According to court documents, officers responded Tuesday to a 911 hang-up call on Hampton Drive.

Police say the caller identified herself as Harleen Shull before disconnecting. Officers attempted to contact the caller by phone and text but received no response.

Investigators said Holly Shull had called 911 a total of 47 times since April 1st.

Court records allege many of the calls involved rambling statements and unusual claims. In one reported incident, Shull allegedly claimed she was Abraham Lincoln's wife and wanted to report Elvis Presley missing.

Police said Shull also falsely claimed she could not walk before officers determined otherwise. Investigators also said she denied having a phone, despite officers locating a cellphone nearby.

Shull was arrested and booked into the Vanderburgh County Jail. Jail records indicate she has since bonded out.
