(UNION TOWNSHIP) – A two vehicle accident injured one person.

Branch County Undersheriff Jason Bingaman says at 5:30 AM on June 28, 25 year old Dalton Baran of Elkhorn, Kentucky was driving south on Arbogast Road and disregarded the stop sign at the intersection of Dunks Road. His vehicle struck an eastbound auto driven by 59 year old David Rench of Union City.

A passenger in the Rench vehicle had minor injuries and was transported to Coldwater Insight Hospital by Life Care Ambulance.

Also assisting at the scene was the Union Township Fire Department.
