Troopers claim Churubusco man grew marijuana in barn

CHURUBUSCO – State Police used a search warrant to bust an alleged indoor marijuana growing operation in southern Noble County on Wednesday.
47-year-old Thomas Royer of rural Churubusco is charged with dealing marijuana, maintaining a common nuisance, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
Troopers say they found about 300 grams of cultivated marijuana, 86 marijuana plants the equipment used to grow it.
Royer was lodged in the Noble County Jail.
