(FORT WAYNE) - The mysterious Friday night deaths of two Steuben County men is still being investigated by Fort Wayne Police and the Allen County Coroners Office.

The Fort Wayne Journal Gazette reports that the coroner’s office have identified the men as 54-year-old Timothy L. Hartman of Ashley and 58-year-old Neal Reading of Pleasant Lake.

Police say two men arrived at St. Joseph Hospital Friday evening. The driver said the passenger needed help.

The passenger was taken into the hospital but later died. The driver left and police were called about a half hour later to the 1200 block of Michigan Avenue on a report of a man being found unconscious.

A man was found unresponsive in an apartment and died after being taken to a hospital.

Police think the two deaths are related.
