(CENTREVILLE) – Two new directors have joined the Glen Oaks Community College Foundation Board.

Mary Fair Dechow, retired of Spartan Stores, and Diana DeGraaf, President of DeGraaf's, Inc., in Three Rivers have both joined the Board and will serve through 2018.

Dechow is a 1973 graduate of Glen Oaks who currently serves on the Three Rivers Relay For Life committee and is secretary of the Clear Lake Improvement Association. During her working career, Dechow served on a variety of food industry boards in Michigan, Ohio and Washington DC.

She and her husband Dave reside in Three Rivers.

In addition to being president of DeGraaf'x, DeGraaf has been very involved in the community and has served on several boards such as the Three Rivers Health Board, St. Joseph County United Way, Three Rivers Area Chamber of Commerce and the St. Joseph County Building Authority.

She is currently on the Economic Restructuring Committee for the Three Rivers Downtown Development Main Street Program.

GOCC Foundation Executive Director Pam Hughes says she and the Board are excited to have Dechow and DeGraaf joining them. Hughes says both ladies bring not only valuable business experience, but they are also well connected in the community.
