BRUSHY PRAIRIE, IN - Rain and inclement weather certainly didn’t put a damper on homecoming festivities at Prairie Heights Friday night, and things were even brighter for Panther fans as their home football team claimed a 35 to 12 win over the Fremont Eagles.

All four king candidates for the panther homecoming played on the football team. The homecoming court included seniors Luke Severe, Lydia Quick, Colton Penick, Jolie Sexton, Katelyn Eash, Camden Hall, Aliyah Smith, and Hunter Allen.

Katelyn Eash was crowned Homecoming Queen, while Hunter Allen was named King.

The Prairie Heights senior class dominated all areas of the week long homecoming spirit competitions, and won the float competition. The freshman came in second for the float contest.
