Prairie Heights Accepting Mighty Oak Award Nominations

BRUSHY PRAIRIE — Prairie Heights Community School’s FFA is accepting community nominations for its annual Mighty Oak Award.

The Mighty Oak Award was established in 1999 to recognize individual contributions made to the development and growth of Prairie Heights schools, individual character and longevity in the Prairie Heights community. The award is given annually at the Heritage Festival put on by the schools FFA program.

This year‘s festival will be held October 10th. Nominations for the Mighty Oak award will be accepted through this Thursday, September 30th. Forms can be obtained at the schools administration office or by contacting of FFA advisors Ron Noll and Ben Leu.
