Angola – The City of Angola Board of Zoning Appeals unanimously approved of a new double sided EMC sign for Carlin Park Elementary School Monday night.

The Board approved this after Carlin Park Elementary School requested to take down its previous sign and replace it with a new one that can electronically display messages to students, parents, and staff in a timely manner.

The new sign will adhere to Angola guidelines by not flashing throughout the day and will be dimmed at night. The sign will not show colors that may be reflective or distracting for drivers either.
