A man who used to live in Quincy is back in Branch County facing multiple charges.

Branch County District Court officials say 31 year old Thomas Stump was arraigned Friday on two charges of second degree criminal sexual conduct and one charge of failure to appear. He was arrested in Texas on a warrant that was issued on August 29 by the Quincy Police.

Court officials say the criminal sexual conduct charges were filed due to alleged
incidents that happened in Branch County between December 2017 and April 2018.
It's alleged the victims were two females under the age of 13. Bond was set at $50,000 in each case. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for October 22.
