The recent announcement by Nancy Pelosi and the Democratic Party to pursue the impeachment process against President Donald Trump has been met with mixed emotions across the country.

Republican U.S. Third Congressional District Representative from Indiana, Jim Banks discussed about how the aspect in all of this that upsets him the most is that no one within either party truly understands what is going on and wants the proper steps in the process to take place moving forward.

Banks also stated how he feels that all the talk about impeachment is truly a waste of time, especially for citizens of Northeast Indiana

Banks says he will continue to do his part to advocate what is best for Hoosiers' interests, and specifically those in Northeast Indiana.
