AllenFamily Christmas Concert
Here is a picture of The Allen Family taken about 1 year ago. Every year the Allens do a Christmas show in Branson, Mo. during November and December. This year they are doing a few of their shows on the road and BUTLER UMC IS THE ONLY PLACE IN NORTHERN INDIANA WHERE YOU CAN SEE IT. 2013 Christmas Spectacular! The Angola Choir Dept is having a Christmas Concert on Sat.,Dec. 14th at 7:30pm a the AHS Auditorium. Concert will feature Angola High School and Middle School Choirs and a few SURPSISE guests! Admission is $5. Join us before the show in the AHS Commons for "Spaghetti with Santa"! Lake Ellen Camp Christmas Hymn Sing and Dinner
Come December 14th to Lake Ellen Camp''s Christmas Hymn sing and dinner. Enjoy a meal and then join in songs of the season as we celebrate and remember the birth of our Savior. Join us as we praise our Mighty God and remember the reason we celebrate Christmas. Please call the office to let us know you are coming and how many you are bringing. Tri-State R/C Swap Meet
Tri-State R/C Swap Meet will be January 18th 2014 at the Angola, Indiana National Guard Armory. Set up time is 8:30-9am. Runs from 9am to noon. Coffee, doughnuts and also door prizes to be expected. Santa Is Coming
Santa Will be Making a stop by the Ashley Fire Station on Dec. 21. The Fire Department will be having Soups and Hot Dogs for the kids all for a Donation from 5pm till 8pm Bring your own Camera.

AHS Alumni Game
There will be an Angola High School Alumni Basketball game on Saturday, December 28th at Angola's Central Gym. There will be both a women's and men's game. Games start at 7pm. Admission is $5 for adults, $3 for students. Proceeds benefit Angola Choir Boosters. We are currently taking registration for players. Alphabet Affair: Mardi-Gras Mystery
The Steuben County Literacy Coalition is hosting their 13th annual Alphabet Affair on New Yearís Eve. The theme for this year is Mardi Gras Mystery. Guests will be entertained by a murder mystery dinner as well as a silent auction with items from multiple local businesses. Costumes are optional, but highly recommended to truly immerse yourself in the celebration.
This year, The Alphabet Affair will be hosted at the Club 2201 Event Center in Angola. Proceeds from this event go to Literacy Coalition programs, which include GED courses, English as a Second Language, and after-school mentoring at the elementary and middle school levels.
