October will be Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Hear how Cameron continues to help support education awareness and survivorship by proactively spreading the word on the importance of screenings and self-exams.

Empowering Women Together Expert Panel:
October 1, 2024, at Trine University T-Furth Center from 6:30 – 8:30 pm.

Cameron Hospital presents an engaging and enlightening panel on the transformative journey of awareness, empowerment and hope through early detection of breast cancer. Join our panel of experts and cancer survivors as we unite to promote the message that early detection saves lives and foster a community dedicated to the fight against breast cancer. In addition to the panel, the event will offer interactive booths, Q&A opportunities, and additional information and resources related to breast cancer detection and awareness.

Empowering Women Luncheon:
October 25, 2024, at Caruso’s Italian Restaurant in Angola from 12 – 2 pm.

We will be collecting designer purses to auction off during the luncheon. All proceeds from both events will go into an Empowering Women’s Fund, which provides baseline mammograms up to biopsies for women in need.
